The bags (once installed) are great. I had a few issues during the install process, which certainly needed addressed though. I don't know if I've ever experienced a company that actually listens to the customer concerns and tries to make it better. My attached photos show the brake line concern, and bracket issues outlined in the original review (see below). After posting the review the company promptly contacted me and asked for additional information so they can try to make the necessary changes. They seem to genuinely care about making a good product.***Original review***The air bags are nice... once they're installed. The instructions are decent, but they do mess up a few things. The direction of the air line on the bracket says to point it toward the inside, but the diagrams show it point out. They face in, and you can't just rotate it around if you do it wrong. You have to take everything off to fix it.I learned that lesson on the driver side, so I figured I should be able to get the passenger side done faster knowing that. Wrong. The bracket didn't fit, which easily knocks off 1 star. It didn't just fail to fit on the truck, it didn't fit on itself with no other parts involved. See the attached photo. It took about 15 minutes of fighting with the bag assembly on the truck before I thought to take everything apart and test it against itself to eliminate variables. The attached photos show what I was faced with. A bracket that doesn't fit into itself. One end did, the other did not. Looking closely it would appear the tabs were bent a bit too far. It took a vise and about an hour of extra effort to pinch it down enough to fit. Even still it was a struggle getting the brackets on since this fit issue caused it to be super tight going onto the truck. Then the other issue is the lower bracket (this pertains to both sides). The arc is correct for the 2500, but the width is correct for the 3500. So either the arc that is supposed to match the axle will be too small, or the bolts come down directly in the path of the brake lines. Not flexible lines, the actual formed metal lines. After about another extra hour of trying different positions, and variations, I was able to bolt them down but not happy with the positioning. I had to slide the bag as far forward as possible and the lower bracket is rotated toward the front a bit (by tightening the front bolt a lot more than the rear one). Not ideal, and I and plan to revisit this. Maybe a new bracket, maybe modify this one, or maybe relocating the brake line a bit. Not sure, but not an issue that should need addressed.Once the bags are installed running the hose is pretty easy The fittings are nice, and the bracket for the hose ends is convenient. I could get past the passenger side bracket issue and assume it's a random thing, but the lower bracket is just plain troublesome. And frankly a bit dangerous. If you crank it down without noticing it's wedged against that brake line, you could damage the line and potentially take out your rear brakes. I'm okay with my temporary set up, and it is fixable by the methods already mentioned, but this is not something that should be a concern
